Summary:
Healthy beans with few defects and a predominantly light roast, though with slightly more variation than ideal. This can push the coffee toward a more roasted profile if over-extracted. The resulting cup usually presents clear and intense top notes on the palate. Acidity, sweetness, and bitterness are delivered in a very appealing way. Being a natural process, a characteristic profile of light, healthy fermentation is noticeable, adding an interesting layer of sensory complexity. The beverage is very well balanced overall. The beans offer excellent value for money and are also very easy to brew. I will most likely purchase and review other coffees from this roastery.
