Summary:
The beans are quite small compared to the average, with a few defects and slightly darker spots than the declared roast, but overall they are lovely, tiny beans with a predominantly light roast. The coffee is wonderfully fragrant — from the moment you open the package to the last sip, and in every step in between. There’s a hint of pepper that appears at certain stages of the aroma and fragrance, giving it a truly special twist. In short, an exceptional coffee. The kind you’d want to always have on your shelf — it’s a shame my bag is almost gone.
