Summary:
A wonderful surprise, this coffee was discovered in downtown São Paulo. I had never heard of it before, but it is certainly one of the most interesting Brazilian coffees I have tasted over the past year. Beautiful beans with a predominantly light roast. A delightful cup, bright and golden, and extremely sweet. I very much want to try other coffees from this roastery.
