Summary:
Wonderful coffee that I received as a gift, coming from a roastery in Santiago, Chile. The beans are relatively small and quite diverse from one another, which is reflected in the large number of varieties listed by the producer and roaster. The roasting process must have been challenging due to the lack of uniformity, and I suspect it may have gone slightly beyond the ideal point. Even so, the final cup extracted is of very high quality and extremely delightful. Excellent coffee — I would gladly drink it again, as well as try other offerings from the same roastery.
