Final Impression

Summary:
A fermented coffee of very good quality, with only a few slightly more developed beans. The aroma of both whole and ground beans clearly evokes red fruits, with pleasant and intense fermentation notes. The cup is good and flavorful, not extremely clear, but definitely interesting. There is a tobacco note in the aftertaste that could perhaps be improved with a more uniform roast.
