Summary:
This was a bit more interesting than the other blends from the roaster, however again many defective beans and irregular roasting profiles. The cup is acceptable but nothing more, the acidity would be interesting if what was noticed in the grinding phase could be pronounced in the beverage. Bitterness and aftertaste are acceptable.
