Summary:
Beans are overall above average in quality, particularly the fragrance, which stands out and is notably interesting. The brewed aroma is also surprising, with floral and citrus notes. Unfortunately, these notes and experiences are not carried consistently into the final cup, whether brewed using the tested method or others such as Aeropress. Still, the beverage is enjoyable and well-toned. Perhaps if the beans were roasted lighter and more uniformly, the interesting flavors of this crop could be better extracted. Another point worth noting is that the producer states there is no bitterness; however, in most brews this element is noticeable, even if briefly, depending on the extraction.
